The host is lovely and generous, the house is stunning, the bed is comfortable, it is clean, breakfast is excellent, it is quiet, private, calm, conveniently located, and parking is adjacent.

“Confort, relax, tranquillità, natura, struttura bellissima”

What a beautiful estate set in quiet nature near Squinzano, just 10 minutes from the Adriatic and about 20‑25 minutes from the Ionian Sea; the brand‑new property is flawlessly finished with high‑quality materials. The garden, surrounded by olive trees, vines and lovely plants, is simply fabulous and very relaxing, and the huge, spotless room had every comfort. The real highlight was Eleonora (and Paola), whose kindness, availability and care made us feel genuinely welcomed. We can only give five stars—thank you for everything.

Everything was amazing from the outside to the inside, all spotless and impeccable, except for the kindness of Eleonora, the owner, and her sweet mother Paola. Nothing was imperfect.

Our host was warm and always ready to help, and the accommodation for our six‑person group was stunning. The indoor pool was exceptionally beautiful, and nothing was missing; everything—from the welcome to the bedding, linens and breakfast—was designed to give travelers an unforgettable experience.
