I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to the absence of staff, which made it difficult to get assistance. The swimming pool was in a deplorable state, with dirty water that I wouldn't dare touch. The lack of proper Wi-Fi and poor lighting in the garden created an eerie atmosphere at night, making it uncomfortable to stay. The hotel's location was the only redeeming quality, but it wasn't enough to save my overall experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our large family group. They organized everything with care and offered valuable advice, making it easy for us to plan our stay. The hotel's safe space for children was a godsend, and the easy access to a delicious breakfast was a bonus. The location by the river was also a highlight, and the masala chai was a delightful touch.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's picturesque location by the river, and the friendly staff did their best to accommodate me by offering the best room available. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was a highlight. However, the hotel's cleanliness was a major letdown, with dirty bathrooms and a generally unhygienic atmosphere. The beds were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience at this location, with incredibly friendly staff. We forgot something important, but they kindly offered to send it to our hotel in Kathmandu the very next day. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality truly impressed me.

My stay was a mixed bag, but overall, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including toast, eggs, pancakes, sausages, and potatoes, accompanied by tasty mango juice. The pool was clean and inviting, and the air conditioning in my room was extremely effective, which was a blessing. Our guides, especially Ram and Madan, were fantastic and helped us create unforgettable memories.
