“Great location for staying for long periods of time”

The spot is super handy, right next to the freeway and a bunch of shops, and the room was huge and roomy. The staff could have been a touch friendlier.

The food and the rest of the staff were exquisite, but I disliked the head cleaning lady. She seemed like a monster from another country, barely spoke English, and was extremely mad I had a candle in my room, even though I didn’t think that violated any policy I knew of. They ejected me from the hotel right away, so I had to book another hotel and move to a new location. No one challenged her, and I’m pretty sure she isn’t an American citizen. What a farce. I won’t ever book with them again.

The regular staff were fine, yet the head lady of the room‑cleaning department barely spoke English and was furious that I had a candle in my room. She threw me out of the hotel and told me to leave immediately. I had to book another place, leave my door open while I packed, and take my bags down. What a nightmare stay!!!!!
