The hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the maintenance crew came even at 11:30 pm to fix broken stuff, which was a relief. But you never know which of the two buildings you'll get—just 200 m apart—and the front desk never tells you that the 5th floor is non‑smoking. The elevator doors swing open in a blink (only four seconds), so you gotta block them with your body to keep your luggage safe. Hot water is off from 9 pm to 11 pm, and the front desk doesn’t mention that either.
