The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. However, the rooms were a bit small, and the noise from the street outside was a bit of a nuisance. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the bed was super comfy. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but you might want to bring earplugs.

Only the location was ideal. There is no cleaning, when I checked in the room, the bed has long hair on the bed. I complained to the staff but they didn’t listen. I got locked out of the room and it took very long to get me a duplicate key to get me in the room. The wifi was not working. The water heater was not working. The shower head was very slow and took me very long to take shower

The hotel's location is a major plus, being just a 20-minute drive from Imam Ali's shrine. The staff and management are incredibly flexible and kind, always willing to accommodate our needs. The facilities and rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's situated within a decent shopping complex with shaded parking spots nearby. It's also conveniently located on the Najaf-Karbala highway, and there's a great shawarma place just 200 meters away.
