“Beautiful scenery with comfortable, spacious rooms but customer service is only okay aside from Mary.”

The scenery around the hotel was stunning and the view from the upper floors was gorgeous. The beds were cozy and the room was roomy. We appreciated having not just a mini fridge but also a microwave. Front desk staff member Mary was amazing—friendly, kind, patient with all my questions, and very helpful with recommendations since we’re from the West Coast. We tried to visit the Bistro at 9:54 am, but it closed at 10 am. The girl working there said they were almost closed and were cleaning up, so they couldn’t prepare most items. Having worked in many restaurants and customer‑service jobs, I know that “closed” isn’t until the posted time, so it was disappointing and we decided not to go there for the rest of our stay because of that experience.

The outside fire pit area was beautiful!. The pool and hot tub were a little on the smaller side
