I had to leave before breakfast opened, and the front desk person at check‑in was very hard to understand; the lobby was filled with boxes and dirty, and the rooms were not that great, with poor workmanship.

I thought the location was really convenient and it made it easier to get to my next destination, and the price was great since I am on a tight budget, but the breakfast that was served and the cleaning that was provided were lacking.

The stay is equivalent to the price you pay: comfortable, clean, a quick night stay, and breakfast was meh but expected for the price, though there was no hand soap.
