“Tidy clean room in a great location. Friendly helpful staff.”

Great location 20 mins walk through park to restaurants, cafes and tourist spots. Great staff. Wet room shower with short curtain so tricky to keep rest of bathroom dry. Recommend walking through the park not the road side to get to/from town -- only pavement on one side of road not the top 10 side -- pavement not lit so a bit scary in the evening. Use a car for safer evening travel in the area (E.g. coming back from penguin viewing)

The facilities were clean and well kept, but I couldn’t adjust the heater. With heavy rain and strong winds at night, the room stayed cold, making it hard to sleep.

The front desk gave clear directions, there’s a parking lot right at the entrance and the room was very clean, yet the door of the room we were given (looks like number 1) wouldn’t latch no matter how many times we tried, which made us uneasy at night.

“A real gem, clean, great staff and a few blocks walk to downtown Queenstown”

It’s the best deal for a room just a few blocks from downtown Queenstown. I’d stay here again. The room was bigger than I expected, clean, and comfortable. My kid and girlfriend came over, and we could all sit at the table and play games. There’s a small outdoor area with a couple of benches that’s very pleasant. Several laundries are in the park; the one I used was clean and didn’t “fry” my clothes. I had a convenient parking spot. The staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. Nothing to complain about.
