Phoenix - Unmatched Comfort

The Gaadi staff were very helpful and the location is ideal for business travellers, which left me satisfied.

“Good peaceful and nice people”

The stay was solid and the staff were friendly; I liked the hotel overall, though everything else was a bit off.

“Pathetic”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to its poor condition and misleading photos. The hotel's dark and run-down state was a far cry from what I had expected, and I was left feeling let down by the experience.

“Value for money fo short stay”

While my stay at this hotel had its share of issues, there were a few redeeming qualities that made it somewhat enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, and the underground parking was a nice touch, although it was still under construction. The rooms were good value for the price, and the staff were excellent, always ready to help. However, the food was a letdown, and one of the rooms had a poorly functioning bathroom.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including a damaged bedside lamp, a poorly designed balcony, and subpar breakfast service. The staff were often unavailable during breakfast, and we had to call them repeatedly to get what we needed. Room service was also delayed, which was frustrating. The only saving grace was the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
