“Très bruyant”
The staff are rather pleasant and smiling – the hotel is very well placed, just 3 minutes from the central square where the market takes place in the evening and where there are many restaurants. Simply catastrophic at night because a karaoke bar offers a magnificent concert until 3 am. It’s impossible to sleep when the sound system is 3 m from the room wall (not to mention the roof is straw so you’re right in the middle of the action). And that’s not all, when the concert ends, a nightclub right behind the hotel takes over until 6 am – that’s GÉNIAL!! If that’s not enough for you, the promised beach club is 35 min on foot from the hotel. Breakfast is in a restaurant 5 min on foot, but after leaving you’ll be hungrier than when you arrived, the portions are tiny… The pool and garden are really not maintained, no ladder or anything practical to get in and out of the water, so you need to be fit. Nothing at all to sit around, except a poor, dirty hammock that probably hasn’t been used since antiquity. In short, everything that makes you dream in the ad is very, very disappointing, especially for this price.
