Place didn't exist. The place was scam, and we ended up paying lots of money for a taxi to take us around to find accommodation for my kids, and I for 29 out 30 June, 2026. Bookings.com were nowhere to be found. I am surprised they are asking me for a review after all the unhappy customers on social media.

Nothing. This place did not exist. We arrived in Paris at 1 am only to find out this place did not exist. Bookings.com were nowhere to be found. We ended up paying so much for taxi fares, and I had kids with me too. Till today, there hasn't been any apology from Bookings.com

I was scammed and won't book through bookings.com again; they won't even cancel my reservation, and several friends have been scammed too.

I had a bad day, a long trip to the hotel, and after arriving, exhaustion made me think I had to pay through a suspicious external link that never worked. I tried every contact related to the hotel, but none responded. Finally, one contact replied in a serious, annoyed tone, telling me the hotel doesn't exist, that it's a scam, and that thousands of people, like me, have been fooled; he urged me to alert my bank to take action because it could get worse. I lost 2 h standing in front of the hotel, tired and upset, and had to book another hotel last minute while dealing with bank issues.
