“Bad choice we made.”

We arrived at the booked check‑in time, but the room wasn’t ready. We had booked it the night before for a 12:00 PM check‑in, yet the same room was occupied by another guest from the morning until noon. Consequently, the room was neither cleaned nor ready, and we were forced to wait outside for over an hour. Luckily a nearby beach let us pass the time; otherwise we’d have had nowhere to stay. Even after returning from the beach after an hour, they still didn’t give us the room and made us wait again. It’s ridiculous and totally unacceptable. While we waited, another customer was also waiting and complaining about the same issue. Customers are being misled this way. We’re frequent travelers and have never had such a bad experience at any hotel or resort.

The staff were great, there were tasty takeaway options nearby, we could hear the waves, and the place was comfortable and clean.

The rooms stayed tidy and clean, and even after a year the upkeep remains solid.

The hotel is small but decent; the sheets were dirty, but the bathroom was clean. The TV remote didn’t work well. The staff are kind and welcoming. There’s no elevator and getting in by car is tough because of narrow streets. Breakfast is free, but disappointing—no tea or coffee. Overall, a mediocre hotel, nothing more. Sarthkumar was a nice boy. Breakfast on the second floor had no insurance.
