The lodge is clean, the staff are attentive, the breakfast is tasty, and it’s well located. There are few parking spots on site, but they offer spots at another lodge about a 5‑minute walk away.

The place was clean when we arrived, the owner was friendly, and the facilities are decent even though the space is tight. I booked a superior room with two double beds, yet I ended up in a kind of one‑room layout with a two‑person mattress on a loft floor where the headroom was less than a standing adult's height. Obviously you can't stay long, and the booking description doesn't match reality. When I told the owner, he said he'd cancel my reservation and that I should look elsewhere, which was impossible because I was traveling with a group and kids. The towel replacement and housekeeping process aren't handled well; it should be included in the price. Also, there should be a laundry area.

The environment was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and space for everyone, all very clean and meticulous. The bed was the only drawback.
