We didn’t stay long enough to judge the breakfast or other services, but we arrived late to pick up the room keys during the front‑desk shift. The welcome was very warm, and the bed was excellent; given the context of our booking, there’s nothing to complain about. Thanks to him.

After we left, the staff claimed a towel was missing, yet we had already returned all our belongings and didn’t need the hotel’s towel; the extra towel we had brought was dirty. The unexpected request disappointed us a bit.
