It was an amazing experience at the place; the staff were kind and helpful with everything we asked for, and the lakeside setting was clean, pleasant, and breathtaking.

The location is great, but the facilities are very poor: the linens were unclean, the towels old, the air‑conditioners barely worked, the upgraded suite with a pool was dirty and we had to wait for it to be cleaned, and the outdoor lighting didn’t work.

The place is calm and beautiful, but it’s a bit untidy and many of the hot tubs are old and not like the pictures.
