The place was secure, super comfy, and tastefully decorated, offering everything you might need. The shower was fantastic! The only drawback was that the rooms weren’t cleaned during my stay.

The property sits on a very quiet street, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day. It’s a bit farther from Rome’s center, but a tram is just a two‑minute walk away, so getting around is easy. A few local restaurants around the corner served excellent food. For those who enjoy walking, the Colosseum is about a 20‑25 minute walk. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, the room was spotless when we arrived, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a jacuzzi bath in the room, which added a lovely touch of luxury.

The apartment is in a quiet area just steps from San Giovanni Laterano and the metro. It’s on the ground floor and fairly quiet. The rooms are tastefully furnished and fully equipped. I didn’t use the shared kitchen, but it looked well stocked. Everything is fully automated, including check‑in and check‑out, and there are no keys, which is very convenient for guests with sudden schedule changes like me. The staff were extremely helpful online and responded immediately. The only issue was that the hallway and common areas were too cold because of the excessive air conditioning.

The stay was absolutely outstanding! From the start, everything went smoothly. We arrived a bit early and were exhausted, so waiting outside would have been tough. Giulia was incredibly kind and let us check in early as soon as the room was ready, which we really appreciated. The room itself was spotless, newly renovated, and perfectly organized, with a fridge, a top‑quality coffee machine, and complimentary snacks. The towels were exceptionally clean and fresh. The property also has a great washing machine, dryer, and a separate shared kitchen that was fully equipped with brand‑new, sparkling clean dishes and utensils. Giulia was amazing—always checking in to see if we needed anything and giving us the best tips and recommendations. She created a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect: the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet very close to the center and highly accessible. Transit stops are nearby, the metro is just a few minutes’ walk away, and getting to the Colosseum was incredibly easy. Moving around from here was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and give it a well‑deserved perfect rating! Thank you, Giulia!
