We didn’t get breakfast or even coffee, and the rooms had no proper accommodation—just one bar of soap. We had to pay for towels, and for an extra stay we only received one bar of soap. The washer and dryer accepted debit cards but had trouble refunding us.

The staff were very friendly to me and my son, and most guests seemed nice and friendly. However, every time we turned in dirty towels and sheets for clean ones, we had to pay for the replacements, even though I’m paying almost $1,200 every two weeks to stay here.

There was little to complain about, except that no staff came to clean the rooms, replace towels, or take out trash, and the room lacked an iron or ironing board.

The location is good, but otherwise there’s nothing to recommend about this place. It’s a dump: garbage piled up next to the rear entrance to the stairway, no utensils or toiletries in the room, $638 for two nights in a “king” room with a queen‑sized bed and no chair, no breakfast, and the floor was filthy.
