The hotel lies 6 km from Bodrum city centre and 42 km from Milas‑Bodrum Airport.

The location is very good and the breakfast is nice. The common areas – the pool and the beach – are well maintained. However, the corridors are filthy. The rooms are quite old and the equipment is in bad condition. It’s not stroller friendly.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom ventilation needs improvement because it smells like mold. The bed sheets are too small for two people and feel more like towels – they’re too hard and not soft.

The facility is very well designed; the rooms are comfortable, there’s a dedicated kids’ area at the pool, it’s 10 m from the beach and on the main strip of bars and restaurants. The service is very professional and friendly, and the breakfast has good quantity and quality. The maintenance is lacking – we arrived at the end of the season, so earlier guests may have damaged some fixtures, and the overall upkeep doesn’t match a 4‑star hotel, though the essential things were kept in good condition.

The location was great, but the room was filthy—long black hairs everywhere, toothpaste stains on the sink, a toilet brush covered in feces, hair in the shower, a dirty toothbrush holder, cigarette ash on the balcony, and even bits of false eyelashes on the floor.
