Only the location was acceptable. The room was not cleaned, the AC was not working, the washroom was leaking, the mirror was dirty, the mattress was not comfortable, the bedsheet was not washed, the pillow had no covers, and the Wi‑Fi was slow.

This hotel is an absolute disaster! The bed was filthy, clearly never cleaned. No towels at all, and when I asked, the so‑called manager gave a dirty, filthy cloth piece saying that was a towel. The drinking water was green and looked like it had never been washed for a year—pure unhygienic and disgusting. Staff were rude, irresponsible, and didn’t care about guests. No cleanliness, no service, no respect. Worst experience of my life—feels like staying in a garbage dump would have been cleaner! Total waste of money. Don’t even think of booking this place unless you enjoy torture.
