At first glance the structure might seem lacking, yet after speaking with Prof. Stella its uniqueness and beauty become clear; you can feel the “knowledge” the professor tries to share with guests, but something is not up to par… I understand it’s the only way… even if it was tried to make it cute, the bathroom is truly its weak point.

Breakfast was not served, the room was large and airy, the balcony was OK, but the bathroom was tiny, the water discharge noise could be reduced, and the locks and keys for the building access need to be reviewed.

If you want to learn more about Naples, you’re in the right place; Maurizio gave us a night tour of the city, sharing his stories and contacts, talking about the camorra, pizza, public life, and the people with lots of charm and knowledge, giving us a glimpse into the soul of Naples.

A unique spot with a very family‑like, non‑touristy vibe; Prof. Stella genuinely cared for us, though we couldn't join the Well Come Cultura programs because we booked on such short notice. The location is fantastic—central, close to attractions like Palazzo Reale, Castel Nuovo, Teatro San Carlo, cafés, and great restaurants—ideal for culture‑loving travelers.
