Ideally situated with views of Lancing seafront, it feels right in the heart of the community. The room was comfortable and the restaurant food was good; I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The spot was convenient, the room was spacious and tidy, but parking was scarce and the hotel didn't mention how much a night’s parking would cost, so we assumed it was free like other places we've stayed.

The property was charming, the room was spotless and quiet, breakfast was superb, and the vibe was genuinely welcoming; I also liked heading to the beach in the morning and will definitely return if I need to stay nearby.

The location was great, the sea view was beautiful, and everything was clean; I had emailed ahead to set up a birthday surprise for my partner and the staff made it happen, they were very friendly and helpful, the bar was warm and inviting, and there’s a car park across the street that offers good value; I’ll definitely come back. Everything was perfect.
