The house was perfect for the folk festival we were going to—just a 5‑minute walk—so we could come back, rest, and freshen up before heading back out for more music. We parked our car on the property for the whole weekend. Every morning we got a nice breakfast: cereal, fruit salad, yogurt, fruit juice, a cooked vegetarian option, and whole‑meal toast. We were full for most of the day. Nothing really went wrong.

Great spot, close to the beach, town centre, and the heritage steam railway. The facilities were good and the food was cooked to order. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we had to pay extra on top of what we’d already paid. The room was clean but didn’t meet a high standard.

The spot is spot on, parking’s a breeze and the hosts are super friendly, but the bathroom feels cramped.
