This is by far the cleanest place we’ve ever visited, and its design is tasteful. The host is super nice, showed us her Scottish cows that she breeds, and prepared a delicious breakfast with homemade marmalade and cake. Anyone who visits will be amazed!

The new structure sits in a fantastic spot, surrounded by silence and pleasant weather in the heat of late August, with a fantastic breakfast and kind owners ready to meet any request.

Almost everything was perfect: the building is brand‑new, meticulously detailed, quiet, surrounded by nature, with a lovely climate and warm welcome from the owners, and the breakfast was excellent; we felt at home.

There are many positives, from the managers’ friendliness, the splendid welcome, the top location, the cleanliness, the services, the peace, the suggestions for Umbrian visits, and the good breakfast; smiles and cordiality! Thanks MammaMimma, Sabrina, Daniele and Nina! The only downside was staying there so briefly.

The staff were available and kind, very welcoming, making us feel part of their family (including their cows ☺️). The breakfast was great, with fresh, artisanal products and pancakes made on the spot, and they even offered vegan alternatives when requested. The nature setting offers a stunning view of the Apennines, and the room is beautiful, recently renovated. The only issue was the lack of a window in the bathroom.
