I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the convenience of having tea and coffee-making facilities right in my room. The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the Church of the Nativity, and the food was excellent with a wide range of options for breakfast. Overall, I couldn't find anything to complain about.

We absolutely adored the staff, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. We also loved hearing that this hotel was the first to be built in Bethlehem, giving it a special, authentic feel. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, making it feel like a cozy, family home. However, we did find it challenging to navigate the crowded market street to get to the hotel, and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak.
I loved everything except the smoking in the lobby.
