The hotel was convenient for our event, but the staff were unfriendly, the room was dirty with a stained bedspread, the fridge wasn’t functioning properly, breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30 but was gone by 8 am and never restocked, and the inn itself feels old.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but I never showered because the bathtub looked disgusting with mold around the handle, and the room had a horrible smell that forced me to spray Lysol everywhere. The hallways, waiting area, and breakfast area were clean, but a blood stain on one pillow had to be reported to staff. I chose this four‑star property hoping for higher quality, but it felt more like a two‑star experience; the bathrooms need better cleaning, especially the bathtub, which I couldn’t even use.

The place was very clean and modern, and the room was comfortable; I was pleasantly surprised by how well‑maintained the facility was. Breakfast, however, was sparse—there were no meats or eggs on Monday, but there were on Saturday.
