A few of us sat in the lobby behind the elevators, chatting, and the staff said the area was closed. We just needed a larger table for six, so we used that spot. It was around 9 or 10 pm and the space was unused. In the mornings, the coffee bar staff weren’t always present. I also expected an Americano from the espresso machine, not from the same machine near the vending machine.

The location is great, the place is very clean, and communication is good.

The location was fantastic! It felt a bit pricey, but I booked last minute, so that might explain it.

Everything is great! Clean and great staff!. The room was pretry small.a little bit expensive,but this is New York!
