“A tranquil countryside escape”

This hotel is an absolute gem—historical, unique, and set in a perfect rural spot with walks right off the doorstep. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed incredibly comfortable, the spa bath a treat, and the view from the window was soul‑food. Everyone on staff was friendly, efficient, and super helpful. The food was excellent, and there were so many nearby attractions. It’s a place to relax, enjoy nature, and find peace. Absolutely perfect, with nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was great, and we skipped dinner because we’d already eaten so well during the day, though the menu sounded very interesting; the hotel is very dog‑friendly with walks right from the door.
