The place is close to supermarkets, 20 minutes walking from the historic centre and the beach, so if you’re willing to walk it’s worth it. The mattress was very bad, sinking in the middle, and the pillows were uncomfortable—four pillows, all too high and hard. The main avenue’s noise bothered us a lot; on Saturday night it was hard to sleep with motorcyclists cutting across the street. We had mosquitoes in the room, so we turned on the fan to muffle the street noise, but the fan either turned off or was too loud with no adjustable setting. The air‑conditioning was available, but we didn’t use it because it would have let the avenue noise in our ears. Breakfast was basic. The parking was a bit tight. I think this needs improvement; the rating I saw of 8.5 doesn’t match what we paid.
