The property is great, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and great!

Authentic is the word that comes to mind; I’d love to return once it’s fully renovated. The breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the outdoor garden area. Unfortunately, our reservation went wrong—we expected a garden‑view room but instead got a view of a dingy alley and the lift. Exhausted, we still appreciated the sauna and the comfy bed. The view was the only downside.

The area of Naples is great, but it was a bit confusing to figure out how to enter the building.

The staff was absolutely amazing; every single person went above and beyond, answering questions, booking taxis, shuttles, and trips, and providing everything we asked for. They’re all fantastic! The cleaning crew did an excellent job daily, and the man preparing breakfast became a sweetheart who memorized our order by day 3 lol.
