It’s a solid, no‑frills option if you only need a clean place to sleep for a night or two; the room was adequately sized and clean, with all the basic amenities you would expect.

The location is beautiful, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are fantastic; my husband and I booked because our car broke down and was taken to a garage close to the hotel, and the staff went over and above to help us, even cooking an English breakfast for us (they normally only serve Continental). I would recommend it to anyone; there are no bad points.

Everything was great: the staff were kind, the room was immaculate, and the restaurant was excellent, with no complaints.

Lunch was good, the cleanliness and surroundings were pleasant, but if you want a quick bite at the hotel bar and it’s full, regular customers get priority.
