“crappy. I paid way too much for a crappy room”

No positives. The place had no microwave, no fridge, and no coffee. Early check‑in was charged a fee, and if you refuse to pay, you won’t get a room until around 5 p.m. I also didn’t receive any room service during my four‑day stay. I disliked the lack of hospitality, the tree sap covering my car from the tree over the fence, the single parking spot by my room, having to go to the office for a microwave, the 5 p.m. check‑in restriction, and the inability to keep anything good to drink or eat, plus no coffee.

“Need attention”

The room was awful: stains on the sheets, socks left behind, and dirty floors, among other problems. Nothing else to note.

“solid temporary situation, could use some minor improvements”

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly; the location is solidly central to many attractions. However, some items were worn out and needed replacement—the shower floor was rough, discolored, and chipping, which felt pricey for such a bare‑bones place. There was also no microwave or fridge.
