“Fair option for a 1 night stay but nothing more.”

The building looked good from the outside, but the description missed that there was no air‑conditioning. We arrived early, yet nobody was at the reception counter, so we had to hunt for a local phone to call the property because we only had roaming internet. The toiletries were almost non‑existent—just a bar of body soap, which I definitely wouldn’t use as shampoo. The toilet paper was soggy, probably because it was stored too close to the shower.

They offered us a RM15 upgrade to a chalet, which made the room larger and better equipped. The staff were very kind and even let us check in early. The surroundings were lovely and there’s a playground for kids. The only downside was the lack of a TV and a mini‑fridge; we wanted to buy milk and yoghurt from Desa but couldn’t keep it fresh.

“Overall good stay”

This hotel has a lot going for it, with a super friendly staff and a really clean room. The location is also great, close to public transport and within walking distance to some nice restaurants. However, the lack of a TV in the room was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price. Overall, I'd still recommend it to anyone looking for a no-frills place to stay.

The hotel's location is a real winner, with breathtaking views of Mt. KK in the morning and a peaceful landscape that's not too crowded. Unfortunately, the sewage system is a bit of a letdown, with a persistent foul smell in the toilet that's hard to ignore. To top it off, there's no window grill for safety, which is a bit of a concern, especially at night. And if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for some noise from the glamping stay above, where kids tend to run around till late.
