The power cut around 5am and there were no emergency lights; stairwells were completely dark, which felt very unsafe. I also didn’t get any breakfast, so I think they owe me a refund or some form of compensation.

The pool was fantastic and the breakfast was great, but we had to change rooms because the bathroom had a water leak.

The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed, sheets, towels and bathroom were all very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared, and parking was easy and convenient.

The room was infested with mosquitoes; I was bitten many times overnight. The staff and the hotel claim it isn’t their fault.
