Magnifique hotel

The renovated room was a big plus - very comfortable and done very well. The restaurants on site were excellent - particularly Ferraro (Italian). Pools and activities were enjoyed by the family. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great location - food to a high standard and all other amenities as you would expect of a hotel of this calibre. Drinks and nibbles are slightly over priced and so is breakfast. Need more parking options - mandatory charge on site each day. No Luau on site. Spa needs longer hours

The restaurants were good and booking was fairly simple, but the spa was pricey for what it offered. The property itself was tiny, the kids’ pools were fine but the adult pool was unusable, and the sun umbrellas were almost always down by 11 am because of a weak breeze, leaving no shade nearby.
