The staff were super helpful and accommodating; I landed early and they kept my luggage while I explored. I only disliked two things: the room was advertised as having a balcony, but I couldn’t access it because the lock was broken or disabled. The roller blind on the door didn’t cover the whole door, leaving a noticeable gap on each side; I was so tired that the light didn’t bother me, but otherwise it would have kept me up.
