“Very disappointing”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that is this hotel. The location is absolutely ideal, but the property itself is a bit of a letdown. You have to go down a narrow alley and through a steel door to get to the lobby, which looks like a cluttered basement. There's no elevator, so be prepared for a hike up steep and narrow stairs with your luggage. The staff is friendly, but communication with the manager is spotty, and room cleaning can happen at any time between 11am and 10pm.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city. Communication with the staff was also top-notch - they even checked in with us before arrival to confirm that we were okay with the stairs, which was a nice touch. However, the steep stairs and lack of elevator made it a real challenge to get to our room on the 5th floor with our luggage. Still, considering the price and the overall experience, it was a decent choice.

“Great first night”

This hotel is a real gem, thanks to the owner, who's always on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly. She's super friendly and went out of her way to help us with a few things, which was really appreciated. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the lake and all the local amenities. The only thing that lets it down is the noise from the nearby road, but it's not too bad and didn't keep us awake.

“Awesome location and clean big space”

We had a fantastic stay at this place, and it's all thanks to Moon's warm hospitality. The room was massive, and the cleanliness was top-notch - it felt like we were the first ones to ever set foot in there. The bathroom was a real highlight, with hot showers and a nice bath setup that made us feel like we were in a spa. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the action, and we loved taking in the views of the moon (which, coincidentally, was full during our stay).

The owner of this place is super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is great, close to the beach and all the local shops and restaurants. However, the bed is a bit of a letdown - it's one of those old mattresses with springs that you can feel every time you move. Still, the owner's hospitality makes up for it, and I'd definitely stay here again.
