The location was not identified; Mr. wanted us to pay 100€ per person for a tourist tax, while the reservation listed 5,50€; we booked an apartment with 2 rooms and 2 toilets but upon arrival he wanted us to stay in a 1‑room apartment with 1 toilet, and he changed it at great cost; always very rushed.

Excellent location, very spacious, comfortable and clean; the reception was very friendly; however, they charged a late check‑in fee that was not informed before arrival.

“Tranquilo como un monasterio, barato como una pizza y en pleno centro”

The perfect place to stay in Naples, with an excellent location right in the city centre, inside a stunning centuries‑old building; great value for money; the host Salvatore was excellent (many thanks for everything!!!); the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch; the apartment we stayed in also had two bathrooms (luxury!!!), and with windows facing the building’s interior courtyard there was zero noise! Honestly, I hesitated to book after reading some comments, but I’m glad I didn’t; the beds were super comfy (and I’m someone who struggles to sleep in beds that aren’t mine), and the comments about the mattress protector are exaggerated; the air conditioning was great… all in all, a 10‑rating for those looking to stay in the centre on a budget. Nothing else to say.

I liked the location for sure, very quiet; missing pillow cases and the child’s bed sheets.

“a palazzo carafa ho soggiornato per 4 notti e mi sono trovata benissimo, come fossi a casa mia. Daniela ci ha accolti in”

The location is great and the staff are welcoming; the back of the bed was shedding some leather pieces, but nothing serious.
