I stayed at this unique place in a lovely spot close to the town, but it was missing a few niceties like sugar for the coffee, bin liners, and a dedicated parking area, which would have made the stay much better.

The place was gorgeous – the scenery, the beds, the pillows all top‑notch. The only hiccup was the kitchen: loads of tea and coffee supplies but no milk, and the kettle and toaster were a bit cramped. We were caught in a downpour on arrival and didn’t want to brave the rain to buy milk, so we asked the owner and he kindly shared some from his own stash.

The spot is great – right in the middle of everything. The only downside was the lack of basic coffee supplies: no milk, no sugar, no bin liners, and the only way to get water for coffee was from the bathroom.

The bed was comfy and the location was solid, with clear access instructions. Parking was a pain – no dedicated spot and other guests’ cars blocked the way. The tea and coffee situation was rough: jars full of stale coffee, empty tea packets, a single pre‑opened milk carton in the fridge, and almost empty liquid soap that was watered down. The room freshener was too strong, probably because it’s pet‑friendly. The worst part was the microwave – filthy and unclean, a real health risk.
