Guests receive complimentary Wi‑Fi and a continental breakfast featuring local specialties, fresh pastries, cheese, fruit and juice. The hotel provides paid airport shuttle, bike rentals and nearby restaurants. It sits a 7‑minute walk from Rotonda Beach, 700 m from the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell’Isola, and close to Tropea Marina.

The staff were welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s location is fantastic with an absolutely amazing view! A special thanks to Ornella for her kindness and excellent service. She made the stay even more enjoyable! Thanks :)

The best thing about this B&B was its location—right in the heart of town, yet surprisingly quiet in the evenings, with a phenomenal view that you don't see often. The staff were friendly, especially at breakfast, and the room was spacious enough to hang all my clothes with air‑conditioning. Still, the bathroom, bed, and breakfast left something to be desired: the bathroom needs replacement, the shower is outdated and barely functional, the shower area is cramped, and the temperature control only offers one hot setting. The bed was a bit flat with a thin mattress, and the croissants and bread at breakfast felt a little dry, though there was still decent variety.
