The location is good. They gave me the wrong key code; I only got in when another guest opened it for me, and we discovered the code was wrong. The staff on the phone kept saying I had typed it incorrectly, I called several times and no one answered. The service was terrible.

The location was great, right near everything. The room was clean and comfy, and the check‑in went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We got there at night and couldn't find the place. Nobody answered the phone until someone finally called and told us to cancel. We ended up with no room to sleep, and the only thing they offered was a daily rate that wasn’t ready for occupancy. Oh, and there was a rat in that weird garage.

The shower was warm and the bed was comfy, and the place was in a good spot. But the room was dusty—every counter and even the headboard had dust, and I ended up with a night of allergies.
