The location was good, the breakfast was fairly good, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was large, the room was clean, and the staff were attentive. However, there was no socket for an electric kettle in the room, no cereals or pastries at breakfast, the pool was not working, there was only one chair and no outdoor furniture on the balcony, and both the room and bathroom need refurbishment and feel old.

The setting was great, rooms were spotless and looked nice, and the overall place was very good; Keti at the front desk was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to keep us satisfied.

The location is right in front of the mountains, but the management’s attitude was terribly bad, the whole staff was incompetent with poor morals, reception was awful and never answered requests, the restaurant was bad and breakfast times were inconvenient, and the menu offered nothing; only the cleaning staff behaved well.
