The only bright side was the staff; Osvaldo was exceptionally kind, went the extra mile to help us find a solution, and genuinely cared about improving our stay. Everything else was disappointing: we found a cockroach near the main restaurant, the food was terrible—our fish was overcooked and dry, almost inedible—and there was an unpleasant odor that ruined the dining experience.
