The location of this hotel is unbeatable - it's right next to the historic square, making it a dream come true for families like mine.
The hotel's in a great spot, and the staff were really helpful when I asked for advice on getting to the car park. They went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted.
Our room was a great size, and the breakfast spread had a good mix of hot and cold options.
This hotel is in an absolute dream location - just a few minutes' walk from the main square and with a canal view room that's simply stunning.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean as far as possible, but there was a water leak in the bathroom and the room smelled musty; it was unusable.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Ponte del Accademia, the art galleries of the Accademia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Palazzo Cini, Ponte Rialto, Piazza San Marco, St. Angelo's vaporetto, and Alilaguna boat service to Marco Polo airport, and a 5‑minute walk from the airport. Nearby you’ll find a few good tavernas, cafés, a pharmacy, and small grocery shops selling fruit and water. The famous Theatro La Fenice is only about 20 m away, and Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo is also within walking distance. The hotel has an elevator. I stayed in a spacious double deluxe room with Venetian‑style décor, comfortable beds, a small fridge stocked with alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very comfortable with a shower. The room was very clean and was tidied daily. Breakfast was good, offering a range of hot dishes, cold meats, cheese, fruit, bread, cakes, teas, and coffees. The reception, breakfast, and cleaning staff were very accommodating and efficient.
The room was decorated in a Venetian style, large and very comfortable.

The hotel is very centrally located in San Marco, everything is within walking distance, the rooms are clean, well‑equipped, and creatively decorated. The breakfast was extensive and good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
