My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic - everything exceeded my expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit and had a wonderful time. The hotel truly had everything we needed, and we appreciated the attention to detail.

The cleanliness, hospitality, and friendliness of the staff at this hotel were truly amazing - it felt like a home away from home. However, I did find the temperature to be a bit too hot during my stay, which was a minor drawback. Despite that, I had a great experience overall.

Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the room was dirty, with a bad smell, crumbs and debris on the floor, and even hair in the shower. To make matters worse, there were bugs and stains under the mattress, which was completely unacceptable.
