Simone was an incredible hands‑on host, always ready for anything we needed; he calmed our worries about the thunder warning and assured us the room would still be available if our flight was delayed. The room was cleaned daily, water and fruit supplied every day, and the air‑con was brilliant—cooling us instantly after the heat. Morning robes and fresh towels were provided and changed regularly. The location was excellent, with every tourist attraction within walking distance, and Simone gave detailed directions to each spot so we missed nothing. A special shout‑out to the cleaning lady, too. Everything was perfect!
