The place feels cozy and the staff is friendly. The gym and the pool are nice, and the location is good. On the downside, there’s no hair dryer and no water or coffee in the room.

Slow service, the beds were uncomfortable, and they didn’t attend to our needs.

The room was spacious, and I liked the big bed and the fridge for our stuff, plus a place to cook when needed. The location is good, close to the city but far from all the noise. The bathroom was very small and not as clean as expected. We could hear people talking in other rooms while walking through the corridor and smell food being cooked somewhere. There was no soundproofing, so we could hear parties outside. The underground parking was a real hassle: it’s small, very crowded, and we couldn’t park in front of the hotel even though there’s an entrance; we had to park outside and walk up stairs, or use the underground lot where getting in and out was difficult.
