The staff were friendly and did a wonderful job, always present when needed and absent when not, which is the hallmark of any great hotel; I would recommend it to anyone, and I was completely satisfied.

Conveniently located near the market and the Bà temple, but the toilet had a bad odor, the staff didn’t help with luggage, the food was scant, the breakfast buffet was unappetizing, the fried rice was hard and not hot, the pastries were soggy, the dishes were overly sweet, and the staff treated guests with disdain.

The space was spacious, the facilities were clean, and the staff were quite enthusiastic.

Close to the city center, but the room description on the app did not match the actual room received.
