“I cat wait till next time”

I felt like the show *Threes Company*, and although it was outdated, that made it cool.

It felt like an apartment stay, but the facilities were run down.

“Unsanitary, Unsafe, and Unfit for Guests”

There was nothing to like. The hotel was unsanitary, unsafe, and unfit for guests. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were ignored. The cramped, poorly laid out space was filthy, with flies and cockroaches crawling around—a serious health violation. The bathroom had extensive mold and fungal growth around fixtures and tiles, and several floor tiles were cracked and broken, creating a physical hazard. The HVAC system caused unbearable bouncing and vibration whenever it turned on, making rest impossible. There was no proper security personnel or reliable access control, leaving guests feeling completely unsafe. No traveler should ever have to endure these conditions—avoid this place at all costs.

“Convenient location for our first trip to Wolftrap, and sufficient for our one night, but management needs to invest in”

Conveniently situated near Wolf Trap, the hotel offered two private sleeping areas. The owners should focus on maintenance, as the landscaping was absent, the decking and stairs to the upper level were uneven with protruding nails, and two lamps in the suite had broken plugs and were unusable. The mirror in the main bathroom was heavily damaged, and tape and streamers from a previous guest still clung to the walls. The continental breakfast was not stocked.

The location was great, but rodents were running around outside.
