“bella struttura, solo non ben descritta! Posto cmq bellissimo!”
The room was pretty cute, and the location right in the center is great for strolling around town. It was well photographed, giving the impression of a princely stay, full of charm… in reality the service was nonexistent! Communication was a nightmare. It was stated that parking existed, but it was not clearly specified that it was NOT inside the hotel, and especially I did not see any indication that the hotel is in a restricted traffic zone. The management/staff did not answer the phone, so not knowing what to do, we entered the restricted zone with the car and got a fine. In cities with a restricted zone, it is allowed to reach the property, unload luggage and decide whether to leave the car or look for parking elsewhere… Check‑in is possible from 15:00 to 20:00. We had plenty of availability, yet we managed to check in at the hotel by sheer luck. Then I was convinced I had paid for breakfast, but breakfast is not provided because the hotel does not offer that service… First of all, the mattress was great for my husband but I couldn’t sleep: too soft, I sank into it… but that’s subjective. Then… only one sachet of shampoo, which is really too little given the complete absence of staff.
