“Great hotel & wellness facilities but very arrogant and unprofessional staff. Not a 5star experience”
The spa was excellent, the room was roomy with a beautiful view and a large balcony, yet there was no proper spot to dry wet swimwear and the bathroom heater was off, so we had to re‑dry our swimsuits each time we swam. The staff’s attitude was especially disappointing: they seemed unfriendly, sometimes arrogant, and treated us like children. I was questioned about not finishing dinner, told where to sit, and even scolded for using a different terrace entrance when another was right in front of me. Food allergies weren’t taken seriously, which made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service quality and staff demeanor fall far below what a five‑star property should offer, and I’m unlikely to return.
